The Date
Securing the perfect date is imperative. Whether you prefer a morning, afternoon, or evening reception, simply let us know as soon as you would like to secure that date. Keep in mind that booking your date well in advance allows optimal time for planning the intricate details of your big day.

At our exclusive signature venue – The Ashton Depot – we offer a variety of options ideally suited for a ceremony, reception, rehearsal dinner or engagement party.

The Grand Ballroom at The Ashton Depot

The Outdoor Terrace
Original railway awnings, tasteful landscape design and a lovely multi-tiered fountain add just the right amount of ambiance to any outdoor event. The terrace has held numerous wedding ceremonies and can be tented, cooled or heated with a few days notice. We are also able to tent our lot adjacent to the building to create a climate controlled room to seat up to 400 additional guests.

ARTSPACE111- Think beyond the country club. Think Artspace111. Artspace111 opens its doors to host events of all kinds. The spacious galleries and outdoor sculpture gardens offer a striking setting to host your next event. From weddings and receptions to private parties, corporate events and charity fundraisers, there is no limit to one’s imagination. With cutting edge contemporary art adorning the gallery walls, Artspace111 is sure to give your guests something to talk about, with two expansive outdoor sculpture gardens and distinctive architectural character. The gallery offers a striking setting to host corporate and private events, and is also available for tours and other social gatherings. For parties of 4 to 400 guests, Artspace111 has ideal space to host events of varying sizes and tastes.


BASS HALL- Bass Performance Hall is the crown jewel of a city which boasts the nation’s third largest cultural district. Unique and beautiful spaces in Bass Performance Hall and the Maddox-Muse Center, which includes The Van Cliburn Recital Hall, McDavid Studio and the Canteen, are some of Fort Worth’s premiere locations to host special occasions ranging from weddings and dinners to recitals and receptions.


T&P STATION- The Texas & Pacific Station is part of the historic Texas & Pacific Railway Terminal built in 1931 and is Fort Worth’s largest and most extravagant example of 1920’s Zigzag Moderne architecture. The main waiting rooms of this landmark building were beautifully restored in 1999. The T&P Station is another great venue to host social parties, intimate weddings, or a themed event and can hold 200 guests seated or up to 300 for a reception style event.


809 VICKERY- 809 at Vickery is a raw yet refined warehouse located on the edge of downtown in the historic district, of Fort Worth’s Southside. The main room consists of one open space that features a travertine bar, 14 foot ceilings and a large picture window that faces the downtown skyline. This sophisticated room accommodates up to 225 guests for a stand up cocktail reception or cathedral seating and dinner seating for 150 guests. The outdoor courtyard is over 3800 square feet of landscaped event space. 809 at Vickery is perfect for the person wanting to create their own unique event space unlike any other in Fort Worth.


THE MANSION AT STONEGATE- Built in 1971, the extensively remodeled Stonegate Mansion is a one-of-a-kind event facility for wedding receptions, meetings, company retreats, class reunions, anniversaries, holiday parties and more. With more than 12,000 square feet of gleaming hardwoods, marble floors, soaring ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook majestic oak trees and immaculate landscaping, the two-story Stonegate Mansion is spacious enough for groups of up to 300, but intimate enough for parties of 20.
