The Date
Securing the perfect date is imperative. Whether you prefer a morning, afternoon, or evening reception, simply let us know as soon as you would like to secure that date. Keep in mind that booking your date well in advance allows optimal time for planning the intricate details of your event.

The Setting
What kind of ambiance do you envision for your event? You may have an elegant affair in mind, or a more casual reception feel. The Ashton Depot events team is committed to creating the perfect ambiance for your special day.

At our exclusive signature venue – The Ashton Depot – we offer a variety of options ideally suited for a gala, meeting, ceremony, reception, and rehearsal dinner or engagement party.

The Grand Ballroom at the Ashton Depot

The Outdoor Terrace
Original railway awnings, tasteful landscape design and a lovely multi-tiered fountain add just the right amount of ambiance to any outdoor event. The terrace can be tented, cooled or heated with a few days notice. We are also able to tent our lot adjacent to the building to create a climate controlled room to seat up to 400 additional guests.

Weddings

This once-in-your-lifetime day should be tended to by those who truly care. Your caterer and host-venue should rank high on the list of trusted confidants. Because of our attention to detail, we are continually being sought after by families across the country to make this special day the most memorable. We are a full service venue and provide catering, alcoholic beverages, linens, ceremonies, tented spaces and planning services. Our Saturdays are in high demand, however, why settle for a second choice venue? Fridays and Sundays have become very popular and we offer some great values.

Galas, Socials and Fundraisers

We understand unique events. Whether you are planning a non-profit gala, a personal or professional celebration, or simply looking for a reason to celebrate we will work with you to make your next event historic.
