Cancellation Policy Events: Our Cancellation Policy is listed in your signed agreement, but as a reminder:

If you must cancel, please do so in writing, and be prepared to pay:

9 months before your event date, you will lose the nonrefundable deposit

6 months before your event date, you will lose the nonrefundable deposit, and will owe 25% of the food and beverage minimum

3 months before your event date, you will lose the nonrefundable deposit, and will owe 50% of the food and beverage minimum

1 month before your event date, you will lose the nonrefundable deposit, and will owe 75% of the food and beverage minimum

Within 30 days of your event date, you will owe 100% of the food and beverage minimum

Privacy Policy:

The Ashton Depot does not use your personal information for anything other than processing payments.
